The little stock one works fine, but it can actually start hurting your fingers, and is kind of easy to slip off of, etc. Also stabbed myself in the little finger charging it with my off hand when it ran into the little corner of the metal slot that the CH rides in.I ordered a FFT Ti 3/4' CH along with everything else, but those puppies are apparently back ordered. Did you have to take a file to the space where the little 'tongue' on the back of the trigger guard fits into the the polymer on the stock? I had to do that, as this space seemed a few mm too narrow for the TG tongue to snap into place and allow the retaining pin to line up with the hole in the trigger module. When I have seen M4s on my LGS shelf, I have always assumed that you could just buy them.

The idiotic law supposedly prevents an angry out of control person from running to the gun store, buying a gun, and murdering someone. I call this cooling off period 'gun jail.' Same applies if you buy use an FFL. If you buy a gun, have it shipped to your FFL, they have to wait 10 days before they can give it to you.
I've had some FFLs tell me that they can't start the wait period until after they receive it form the shipper, and others FFLs tell me that they can start it as soon as they give the serial number (I believe the latter is true, since the waiting period starts from the moment your forms are submitted, for which you need the serial #). I think the formerly mentioned FFLs just do that as policy to avoid errors in form submissions (from wrong/badly transcribed serial #s) for which they can get in trouble and lose their FFL.Any way you slice it, it sucks. And there's some politicians in this state who wish to increase this period to 30 days.
I've also seen mention of a Bill to reduce it to 3 days, but it probably didn't see the light of day.
